• if you want to find a specific product, specify it in the box “search”, which you will find at the top right of the footer; one or more terms related to your search and a list of products related to the words you searched will appear.

browsing on intini jewels s.r.l. is easy and intuitive. click on the item you like most to go to access the relative product page and view all the relevant information in detail on that product. to add to your bag, click on the tab “add to the shopping bag”. if you decide to continue with your shopping, during browsing you will be able to check your “shopping bag” with its contents, together with the total value of your purchases. having finished shopping, to proceed with your order, click on “check out”.

The “promotional code” is a discount ticket that you are provided with to take advantage of special promotions. the conditions for obtaining such code will be sent via a special newsletter of provided during special events.

to use a vip voucher is enough insert the code in the discount code field in view cart page or in the upper part of checkout page, at the conclusion of your order: the discount will automatically be calculated and displayed.

Of course not. you can make all the trial runs you want and then choose not to enter your order even though you have added products to the “shopping bag”.

There are no limits, neither as to quantity nor as to total value but intini jewels’ e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users, i.e. the “consumers”, i.e any individual who is acting for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business or profession. if you are not a consumer, please do not buy any products on intinijewels website.

intini might reserves the right to limit purchasing of some limited editions’ products.

After having entered the data required for the payment, you will be transferred to the purchase confirmation page containing the number and date of the order. a message of thanks at the centre of the page will inform you that the purchase procedure has been successfully completed.

you will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation and the invoice within 24 hours. if you should not receive any communication, please contact our customer care.

INTINI S.r.l. accepts PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cards (prepaid and credit) on the Visa and Mastercard networks as long as the cards are enabled for online use (debit). You may also use American Express and UnionPay in most major currencies.

Each product is accompanied by its own Certificate of Authenticity and Warranty Certificate.

Please note that INTINI JEWELS with diamonds are not accompanied by a GIA certificate.

All our jewels are MADE IN ITALY. During years we have selected the most skilled artisans to craft our jewels and have undertaken extensive global searches of best stone to ensure that only the finest materials are selected.

Of Course, You can. We will be happy to engrave any of our jewellery with a message of your choice (within reason) where the jewellery allows for an engraving to be made.

All our products arrive in an elegant jewels’ box or in an elegant jewels’ bag, depending upon each product features.

All gifts arrive in a jewels box, tied with the white ribbon and delivered in the discreet non-branded outer packaging. Fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap and securely packed in an outer carton.

All cancellations or exchanges are carried out accordingly with the Italian and European Consumer Contracts Regulations, i.e. any cancellation or exchange is regulated by legislative decree No. 21 of February 21^st, 2014, implementing directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights.
